Meet the new member of Scientific Plant Service’s sales team- Kevin Nickle.
We’re happy to announce the newest member of the Scientific Plant Service’s sales team, Kevin Nickle! Kevin graduated from the University of Maryland in 1979 with a BS in Ornamental Horticulture. After college, he started his career in 1980 in the lawn and landscape industry with the company Hydro Lawn. He worked at Hydro Lawn for eight years and moved up from working as a service technician to managing a million-dollar branch.
He then spent four years at a power equipment distributor, selling to local dealers before making his way back to what he knows and does best: lawn and landscaping. Kevin worked for another local lawn and ornamental company, Pro Lawn Plus, and was their Operations Manager for 16 years, then became a Sales Manager for the last ten years.
Kevin recalls that the saying “All good things come to those who wait” applies to his journey to Scientific Plant Services, as he has been with us for only three months, but has no doubt that he is where he wants to be. Everyone on the staff warmly welcomes Kevin! “Scientific Plant Service is not just a group of employees, but rather a family willing to help one another without questioning why”, he says.
